How do I contact support?

For customer support, please email us at support@shopalyne.com, or message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger @shopalyne. Our customer support team is online Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Our team usually responds in 24 hours.

Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

How do I track my order?

1. Once you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email that contains your order details, including order number, shipping address, billing address, and an itemized list of all products (and flavors) ordered. 

2. Once your order is fulfilled by our team you will receive an email that your order is on the way. This email will contain tracking information and your order details.

Additionally, you can use the shop app to track orders with a valid tracking number. You can view the status of your orders that you're tracking in the orders tab.

What if I lost my order tracking information?

1. Log in or create a new account using the email address you used to purchase your order.

2. Click on the order number you are trying to track. As long as the fulfillment status is "fulfilled" you will be able to view your order tracking details from this page. If your order has not been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information when your order is fulfilled.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM MT are shipped same day. Shipments are sent via USPS or UPS Ground which typically take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Shipping confirmations with tracking information are sent once your order leaves our facility.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you have received a damaged order please contact us at support@shopalyne.com within 14 days of receiving the package and attach a photo of the product condition. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded, however, we cannot guarantee refunds after 14 days.

Do you offer refunds and/or returns?

How do I increase product quantities in my orders?

You can increase the quantity of your order by editing your subscription details on your subscription management page.
