How much caffeine is there?
Our pre-workout contains 190 mg of organic caffeine from green tea. This is approximately 2 cups of coffee.
This is a very mild dose of caffeine compared to some other pre-workout brands. We also include L-theanine which helps to smooth out potential jitters.

The expiration date of our pre-workout is two years after the manufacturing date. You can find the specific expiration date on the back of the package.

Clumping?
Pre-workout powder can clump over time when it's consistently exposed to moisture. Every time you open a container of pre-workout, the powder comes into contact with air and the moisture present in it. This gradual exposure to moisture is the reason why pre-workout products stored in jars tend to clump, especially towards the end of the container.
No one likes clumpy pre-workout. That's precisely why we've opted for single-serve stick packs. Each serving comes enclosed in a moisture-resistant barrier, ensuring that whether it's your first or twentieth serving, your pre-workout remains clump-free and ready to go.
Can it go in my plane carry on bags?
Bringing pre-workout supplements aboard a plane in the United States is completely permissible. Classified as "Protein or Energy Powders" by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), these supplements can be conveniently packed in your carry-on luggage as long as they amount to less than 12 oz. / 350 mL.

If you are tired of the cloying sweetness that comes with most performance drinks/powders this is refreshing change you will enjoy. The absence of artificial sweeteners and flavors, and the usage of monk fruit and fruit powders instead, results in a more natural-tasting product. I used Alyne before my Sunday morning swim to push myself just a little harder. To begin with, the dissolvability of the powder was great, and I was not left chewing on clumps of powder like in other products. The taste was agreeable without the cloying sweetness. I tasted more cherry than berry but found the flavour good. I sped through the 4,000 yard workout and my training partner demanded to know why I was so fast. But the best part was there was no midday crash. I was alert and productive throughout the day into the evening and still able to fall asleep at night. I highly recommend this product and will be using it to train for my upcoming competitions.

One of the best tasting Pre-Workout powders Ive had! I have to be when it comes to supplements etc because I have Acute Pancreatitis, one of the major necessities is keeping thoroughly hydrated at all times. The electrolytes in this drink are top shelf quality! The flavor was definitely delicious, I sampled the Berry Kiwi Lemonade and it was so well balanced. I prefer my electrolytes to taste salty lol, its just what I like and these were salty. This was my first time trying anything with Monk Fruit and it didnt have the nasty aftertaste that I was expecting this drink to have. Gave me a nice burst of energy which I definitely needed!!
